Mystic Monday

Hi All,
Well, I was going to post photos this week but the team had a reschedule for the reveal. I will however post them as soon as I can J
This weekend I was at the Wisconsin Rapids Expo. I did a lot of card readings and answered a few questions about the Stevens Point Paranormal Club.
I met Justin who used to be on TAPS. He invited Jennifer and I out for the night to tour the First Ward School house in Wisconsin Rapids. The school was built in the late 1800s. We arrived at 9pm and took a tour around the building. Justin and his family open their school home to tours and use the money to renovate the school themselves.
We started in the Kindergarten room. This room was worked on and redone very nicely. They had some old school desk and a teacher desk in place. Justin told us the nuns used the small classroom closet as a place to punish the "bad" children. He also said that there was activity in and around the closet. So I slowly opened the door to the closet and heard a small boy crying as he pounded on the door. He sobbed "I didn't do it. I didn't do it. He pulled my hair first."  There I was on my knees sitting on the floor trying my best to comfort this poor little boy. I assured him that I knew it wasn't his fault and that he didn't have to stay in the closet any longer, that the door was open and he could leave.
We then went through some other classrooms and up to the bell tower or attic. Up there Justin told us he had a clothes line hanging with clothes on it and turned his back to fix the line quick and when he turned back around to go back to the clothes. The clothes were all folded and in the basket. He said it wasn't even 5 minutes so it happened very quick.
We went into the basement where they reported activity and had good voice recordings. There was a boiler room, cafeteria, kitchen and a hide hole which was located under the front steps. As we toured and stopped at the "hole" I picked up on one of the nuns and had a quick conversation with her about a box she has buried there. She wanted Justin to find the box and open it to check the things she had put inside.
After our tour Jennifer and I set up in the Kindergarten room and had a few children playing with the lights on our EMF detectors and the dowsing rods, I was holding. We moved on to the basement and didn't get too much. Later we met up with Justin and he came with us to the basement, and we all just grabbed chairs went lights out and sat with our flashlight out and our EMF detectors on. We had a ghost communicate with us by tapping on the wall or door, as Justin asked it to tap once or twice. By then the time was about 1:30am, and I had to go as I was ready to sleep since I had been open to the other side all day at the expo. We said good bye to Justin and we are now trying to get the rest of the team together to go out and investigate.

Saturday turned out to be pretty amazing. J

Blessings All,
Wendy

  2. I'm super excited to hear that! Ok, so I have to ask, you said Justin used to be on TAPS...what? LOL Rick was also wondering about which school it was exactly, thought maybe his Mom, might have gone to school there? He was just curious, as you know he lived there for a while as well : )

Great job and can't wait for next week already!

  3. Hi,
I think Roger went there as well. The old Irving school right near the house they had on the corner. It was easy to find since it was down the street from Ila's. Dad was talking about it when I said we were going. It's amazing inside. Huge!! We had activity right away. So they have it listed as the First Ward School but it was Irving School. They do tours and ghost hunting packages. I think tours are 50 a person and then they are using the mone to restore the place. They are making it a B&B and possibly a metaphyiscal bookstore. I can include pictures Monday since there is no reveal. Blessings.
