Before we start I just wanted to say that tomorrow I am sitting in on a lecture about Shamballa Healing and the man that channeled it all will be giving the lecture. Years ago Shamballa Multidimensional Healing was Shamablla Reiki, as it grew it turned into Shamballa Multidimensional Healing. It is about healing yourself and keeping on the path to your enlightenment.
Ok now to continue with our talk about Reiki and the levels that students take.
Reiki Level l
During your attunement your Reiki Master (teacher) will attune you to Reiki Energy. When you are attuned to Reiki your chakras are balanced and you become a clear channel for Reiki energy. There is also a fail-safe put into place with this system. When you are working on someone else, their energy cannot affect you. Reiki flows down from the universe, into your crown chakra and out your hands into your client and out their root chakra where it then goes into Mother Earth. Your client's energy cannot come back to you in anyway.
People experience attunements differently and it can take up to 21 days for you to adjust to the energy that your body is being introduced to. With Reiki 1 you are just learning the energy so your hands can turn on and off at any time. It's important to keep up on self-treatments during this time and don't be afraid to share your new energy. Every time you do a healing you also receive healing by being the channel for Reiki energy.
In Reiki 1 you will learn the power symbol. I teach the grounding symbol as well in level 1 because I fell it's so important that it shouldn't wait for level 2.
Level 2
Level 2 is a practitioner level. This is the level where you learn to help people with the emotional symbol and the distance symbol. Most masters will teach the grounding symbol in this level as well. The distance symbol is amazing. This symbol helps you heal beyond space and time, working on all dimensional levels. The main use for this symbol is to send Reiki distantly to a client who is not physically in the room with you during a session. You can send Reiki anywhere there is no limit. I've used it many times to send Reiki over to Europe and England. I've also used it to go back in time to heal injuries on clients from past lives that have manifested in this life in the form of unexplained physical pain in this life.
If you only want to practice Reiki on clients or on family this is as far as your training needs to go.
You will learn how to work with a client and how to do distance healings.
Level 3
Reiki Master
In this level you will learn how to teach Reiki. You will learn to give attunements both in person and via distance.
There are two symbols in this level you will receive.
The only difference between levels 2 and 3 is that level 3 you teach. So if teaching Reiki isn't for you level 2 is all you need.
Reiki is a very simple healing energy system. You can use it to help plants, animals, technology (your car). Some people Reiki their food and water to help raise the vibration, in turn helping you vibrate a little higher.
