Mystic Monday

Hi All,

Tonight is the full moon. Now if you follow Mystic Monday you know what that means. That’s right! Manifesting time! Now let’s go over this in case there are any new followers or in case any of us forgot or would like to kick it up a notch.

Okay, so first, write it out on paper. Think about what it is you want to change for your highest good or what you want brought into your life. Then once you’ve figured out what it is you want you need to spell it out. Get specific. I always use the example of a car. Start with the make and model of the car; what you are willing to pay for the car and then all the options you want and can’t live without. Then you’re going to go outside.

You will need your paper with your manifesting list on it, a lighter or matches, and a bowl or something you can put the paper in to burn it. Burning it releases your intentions to the universe and under the full moon makes it more potent. So out you go. Under the moon say your prayer of intent. State to the higher power what it is you wish to accomplish for your highest good. Then burn the paper after you’ve read out loud to the universe your list. Light it on fire and let it burn. Then when it is nothing but ash, it’s time to give it to Mother Earth to recycle. So dump it under a tree or in a quiet area of your yard. When you do this tell Mother Earth that you are giving her it so that she may recycle the energy from the burned paper. Then ground yourself.

To ground yourself connect to the Earth by visualizing yourself as a tree. Your branches stretch to the sky and your roots bury deep into Mother Earth as far as you are tall. Then pull the white light of the universe down through your branches and your trunk, and out through your roots and into Mother Earth. Or, you can simply sit down and visualize the white light of the universe entering your crown chakra and traveling down through the charkas to your root charka and into Mother Earth.

Have a great week!

Blessings All,
